We understand the desire for a fixed fee, it’s nice to have the predictability it implies – and – for large companies it may even be a wise way to go.

But for smaller companies… we recommend you reconsider the paradigm that creates. Vendors that charge a fixed fee are either betting against their clients and trying to deliver cheap – or – pricing far above estimation. We prefer to deliver a fair price.

You don’t want that. Principal involvement sounds great until you realize it’s like asking the pitcher to hit home runs or catch the ball. We have a team for a reason – and – if you’re working with a Project Manager or Specialist you can rest knowing that the Principal would not be an improvement.

You can. We won’t. QA and testing are fundamental parts of our delivery process. We understand that you might prefer to not pay for testing to ensure quality and function. If that’s important to you we are probably the wrong fit for you.
